Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. Where an order contains multiple items delivered separately, the 14 days run from receipt of the last item.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@acfcanvasses.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, before the 14-day period expires. Please include your order number.

Model withdrawal form (optional — you don't have to use this exact wording):
"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of [goods], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name: ___ Address: ___ Date: ___"

Returning the goods

Once you've told us you're withdrawing, we'll email you return instructions. You must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for the direct cost of the return unless we've agreed otherwise. Goods should be returned in the condition needed to establish their nature and characteristics — you're liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond that.

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery cost (not extra cost if you chose a more expensive delivery option), without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we've received the goods back, or you've supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier. Refunds go to your original payment method unless you agree otherwise.
