Refund policy

1. Who We Are

This website is owned and operated by ACF Global FZE LLC, Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (“ACF Global”).

For customer convenience, returns are handled regionally by our affiliated agents:

  • South Africa: Art Canvas Factory (Pty) Ltd

  • United Kingdom & EU: ACF Canvasses Ltd

  • United States: ACF Canvas LLC

All refunds are issued by ACF Global FZE LLC through Shopify Payments, Payoneer, or other approved processors.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of receipt if they are:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Damaged or defective on arrival (with photos provided)

  • Incorrectly shipped

Custom orders, used items, or products damaged by customers are not eligible for return.

3. Regional Returns Process

  • South Africa: Customers must contact Art Canvas Factory (Pty) Ltd for return instructions. Returns are processed through our Johannesburg facility.

  • United Kingdom & EU: Customers must contact ACF Canvasses Ltd. Returns are processed through our UK distribution facility.

  • United States: Customers must contact ACF Canvas LLC. Returns are processed through our US 3PL facility.

Once your return is approved, you’ll be given the correct local return address.

4. Refunds

  • All approved refunds are issued as store credit only, which can be used toward any future purchase on our website. Store credit is issued to the email address used at checkout and does not expire.

  • Because our products are fulfilled locally in each region (SA, UK, USA), we do not process refunds back to original payment methods (including Shopify Payments, Payoneer, Stripe, or PayPal).

  • If an item is faulty or incorrect, we will first offer a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, store credit will be issued.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrectly shipped.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. Replacement stock will be shipped from your nearest distribution center (SA, UK, or US).
