1. Overview

This website and store (“Services”) are owned and operated by ACF Global FZE LLC, a company incorporated in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (“ACF Global”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including additional policies referenced herein (such as our Privacy Policy). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

2. Legal Entity & Contracting Party

For clarity to customers, banks, and regulators:

  • All sales contracts, subscriptions, and transactions are legally entered into with ACF Global FZE LLC.

  • ACF Global is the sole contracting party and data controller worldwide.

Our affiliated companies operate only as service providers and agents under consignment arrangements. They do not sell in their own name:

  • Art Canvas Factory (Pty) Ltd (South Africa) – manufacturing and South African distribution support

  • ACF Canvasses Ltd (United Kingdom) – UK/EU distribution and customer support

  • ACF Canvas LLC (United States) – U.S. distribution and customer support

Affiliates provide local storage, logistics (via 3PL partners), and customer support. All invoices, receipts, and settlement of funds are with ACF Global FZE LLC.

3. Use of Services

By using our Services, you agree that:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

  • You will not use our products for unlawful purposes.

  • You will not transmit viruses or malicious code.

Violation of these Terms may result in termination of your access.

4. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit sales.

  • Discounts, promotions, and offers are subject to availability.

5. Orders & Payment

  • Orders placed through our Services are contracts directly with ACF Global FZE LLC.

  • Payment processing is handled securely by Shopify Payments, Payoneer, or approved third-party providers.

  • You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete billing and shipping information.

6. Shipping & Fulfilment

  • Orders may be fulfilled directly by ACF Global or via our regional affiliates (PTY, LTD, LLC) and their third-party logistics partners.

  • Shipping times vary by destination and are estimates only.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted in accordance with our Return Policy, available on the site.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less applicable shipping and handling costs.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, and content remain the property of ACF Global FZE LLC and may not be used without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • ACF Global FZE LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For consumer protection, your local mandatory rights (UK, EU, SA, US) remain unaffected.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on this site. It is your responsibility to check for changes. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of changes.
