I just started using one of these canvases and have to say I’m impressed. It’s different, but in a good way. I paint with lots and lots of layers of mixed media, and so far it’s handling things just fine. I love that when I’m done I have a frame that is ready and will fit square.

The surface
Smooth, with tooth
Enough grip to hold the paint. Smooth enough for an unbroken line and fine detail.
No ridge at the edge, so pigment carries right into the corner.
