I really enjoyed painting on this surface and the floating frame just finishes my painting off perfectly.
I love these taut, smooth, sturdy painting surfaces that make brushing, scraping and swirling paint so easy and pleasurable. When I can afford some more I’ll be back!
As a fluid artist I find it difficult to maintain the tension with traditional canvases but these bad boys are just next level plus the flow of the paint over them is way much smoother than a cotton one! Thankyou ACF Canvasses 🙌

Not having bought this type of panel before I was really impressed with the quality. The panels are exceptionally well made and quite heavy made of quality materials. I’m looking forward to using them.
Look and feel well made. Looking forward to priming them and starting a whole new way of working. Got one on the wall using HDF French cleat made for bed headboards as a 'hanger'

£315 for 2 box canvases and floating frames this is extremely over priced. You can buy 30/49 for about £20 and a frame for it for less than £40 exact same quality. This £315 for 2 is day light robbery DO NOT BUY. BET THIS REVIEW GETS DELETED.

Thank you for your review, though it’s disappointing to see such a misinformed comment about my products, especially as you’ve never purchased them. Comparing handcrafted, bespoke items to mass-produced discount store products shows a misunderstanding of quality craftsmanship and the costs involved in running a small business.
You’ve mentioned £315 for two box canvases and floating frames, which works out to £157.50 per item. (30' x 40')
Let me break down exactly where this cost comes from:
VAT (20%): £157.50 includes VAT, which is £26.25, leaving £131.25.
Shipping Costs: For an item this size, the courier cost is £30, of which the customer only pays £12, leaving the business to absorb £18. This leaves us at £113.25.
Import and Shipping Fees: The shipping and import fees for this item are £35, bringing the cost down to £78.25.
Packaging and Damage Allowance: High-quality packaging, along with a 10% allowance for damage or replacement, accounts for another £15.75, leaving us at £62.50.
Marketing and Overheads: To keep my products visible to customers, £15 is allocated for marketing and advertising, bringing the total down to £47.50.
Labour and Materials: Each canvas is handmade by skilled workers, with fair wages and high-quality materials costing £40 per item. This leaves just £7.50.
Profit and Taxes: Of the remaining £7.50, 25% goes to taxes, leaving a profit of just £5.63 per item.
So, Karen, your claim of “daylight robbery” couldn’t be further from the truth. This price reflects the high-quality materials, bespoke craftsmanship, and ethical business practices that go into every item we produce.
As someone who “seems” to understand business, I invite you to share how you would lower these costs while maintaining the same level of quality, fair wages, and customer service. I’m genuinely curious.

I love these canvases, they are luxurious the way they seem to suck the paint in, it just has a lovely feel. I gessoed the canvases, but they have a different feel and are a fantastic surface to work from

Having bought a few of these canvases, they are the best surface I have ever worked on. The surface is smooth, they don't warp or sag .
I wouldn't use any other canvas .
