Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We kindly ask you to view the Postage Guidelines below.

Unfortunately, shipping to outlying areas can be quite expensive, and larger items are particularly costly to send.

We’ve done our best to offer FREE shipping where possible and have subsidised the courier fees as much as we can.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may still cause.

Delivery times vary based on your location:

United Kingdom

  • (Smalls) 2-5 business days
  • (Large items) Departs Tuesdays 2-5 business days 
  • Remote Areas: Delivery times and costs vary. 

South Africa

  • (Standard sizes) 5-7 business days
  • (Bespoke & Large items) 7-10 business days 
  • Remote Areas: Delivery times and costs vary.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally from a single warehouse. Instead, ACF Global fulfills orders locally from stock in each region:

  • South Africa: Orders are shipped from Johannesburg

  • United Kingdom & EU: Orders are shipped from our UK distribution center

  • United States: Orders are shipped from our US 3PL facility

This means:

  • Customers are only able to order products available in their local market

  • If an item is out of stock, it will appear as “unavailable” or greyed out until our next container shipment arrives and stock is replenished

  • You will not be charged customs duties, cross-border VAT, or import fees — all orders are processed and shipped domestically within your region

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll assist you in tracking the shipment.
