I have my own little Art Studio, and I had a class booked for Sunday, 16th August. In the excitement of preparing everything, I completely forgot to order the **MAIN ATTRACTION — the canvasses!** 😱

I called ACF on Tuesday morning, fully expecting that I might have left it far too late. To my absolute delight, I was helped **in a jiffy**, and by Friday my canvasses were delivered!

And WOW — they did not disappoint! ❤️

We worked with **heavy texture paste**, which can really put a canvas to the test, but these canvasses were absolutely up for the challenge. They were **solid, durable and beautifully put together**, with no sagging, dents or any of those irritating little “arty” problems that can spoil your work.

What impressed me just as much as the **excellent quality** was the **super-friendly service**. From my first worried phone call to the on-time delivery, ACF made the whole experience so easy and stress-free.

The canvasses were also **very well packaged**, arrived in perfect condition, and were exactly as advertised.

As an artist who normally spends hours gessoing, sanding, and prepping my canvases, I immediately noticed the difference with ACF. The surface is much smoother than the regular canvases I usually buy and felt ready to draw on straight out of the box. The packaging was also extremely secure and everything arrived protected. I’m still putting the canvases through my full LexKittenArts painting test, but my first impression has definitely been 5 stars.

I was very impressed with the results working on ACF canvases. I started with an acrylic underpainting depicting the whole composition in variations of purple. Working with a flat brush, I found the watery paint covered well and there was enough 'grip'. The smoothness coupled with slight tooth and tautness of the surface proved ideal. Moving on, I painted the finished work in a couple of sittings using oil pigment sticks. Wow! So, despite the fact that there was no brushwork involved, just 'drawing' and blending with fingers, the canvas performed perfectly. For my style of expressive realism, the firm surface was great. Just enough 'give' to give me good feedback to my fingers without being sloppy. I always paint the round the sides of my canvases, and the sharp corners were excellent too. Finally, I loved that there's no ridge at the edge of the canvas. Pigment can be evenly spread right to the edge. Did I say Wow! I meant it.

I have just bought 12 canvasses from ACF for a show later this year...The canvasses arrived quickly. Sadly, 2 of them were damaged, but ACF replaced these within a couple of days...great service...!...

I have just started working with the canvasses. They are really solid and well built. The board at the back of the canvas is ideal for my sometimes energetic approach and marking into the paint...!...

I really like the fine weave of the canvas, which is a pleasure to work on and unobtrusive...it can also be 'stained and most canvasses won't work in this way. this makes it able to operate a bit like paper...which is great for me...

I am an abstract painter and really appreciate how the canvasses respond to the paint and copious water and marking...I'm attaching a couple of progress shots...Thank you...
